Pine Labs Limited ("Pine Labs", "we", "us" or "our") provides its customers ("you") a goods/services discovery facility through its platform, applications, APIs, and partner interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain how the Platform works and what you can expect when you use it.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHAT PINE LABS DOES
  • Pine Labs helps you discover goods/services sold by third-party seller/service providers ("Merchants"). Pine Labs also facilitates the discovery of offers on and price point comparisons of such goods/services.
  • Pine Labs does not provide the underlying goods or services. Those are provided by the relevant Merchant.
  • Merchant, goods/service categories may change from time to time.
2. WHO CAN USE THE PLATFORM
  • You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct details. Pine Labs is not responsible for purchases made using incorrect details.
  • You must use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. HOW PURCHASES WORK
  • Purchases are processed through the relevant Merchants.
  • A transaction is considered successful only after confirmation is received from the Merchant on the relevant Merchant website.
  • Delivery and order fulfilment timelines depend on the Merchant.
4. FAILED OR PENDING PURCHASES
  • Purchases may fail or remain pending due to technical issues, network problems, or Merchant-side issues.
  • Pine Labs is not responsible for delays caused by Merchants or other intermediaries. Please reach out to the Merchant directly for further support.
5. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND DISPUTES
  • Refunds and cancellations (if any) are governed by the Merchant's rules and policies.
  • For issues related to the service provided by a Merchant, you should contact the Merchant directly.
6. OFFERS AND CASHBACKS

Promotional offers, discounts, or cashbacks on the purchase (if any) are subject to additional terms stipulated by Merchants or third parties providing the promotional benefits.

7. SUSPENSION OR RESTRICTION OF USE

Pine Labs may suspend or restrict your access to the Platform if required by law, regulation, or if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Pine Labs is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
  • Pine Labs's total liability for any transaction will not exceed the fees (if any) charged by Pine Labs for that transaction.
9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INDEMNIFY

You agree to compensate Pine Labs for losses or claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights in the Platform and related content belong to Pine Labs or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse them.

11. GENERAL TERMS OF USE & PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled in accordance with Pine Labs's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform you agree to be bound by Pine Labs's General Terms of Use.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Pine Labs may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will apply when you continue to use the Platform.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND GRIEVANCES

If you have questions or complaints, you can contact Pine Labs through the support details available on the Platform.

15. AI-POWERED FEATURES

Certain features of the Platform may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning models ("AI Features") to assist you — such as understanding your queries, presenting purchase-related information, or providing transaction details. The following sub-clauses govern your use of these features.

15.1 Use of Artificial Intelligence

AI Features operate automatically based on your input and system data. They are designed to assist you in navigating the Platform and understanding relevant information.

15.2 Nature and Limitations of AI Output
  • AI-generated output is provided for informational and assistance purposes only.
  • Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should not be treated as definitive or error-free.
  • You are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all details, amounts, and purchase confirmations before completing a transaction.
15.3 No Advice or Decision-Making
  • AI Features do not provide financial, legal, or professional advice and do not make purchase decisions on your behalf.
  • All purchases are explicitly initiated and confirmed by you through the Platform.
  • Pine Labs is not responsible for any action taken by you based solely on AI-generated outputs.
15.4 Data Use for AI Processing

To provide AI Features, Pine Labs may process certain user inputs and transaction-related context through AI systems operated by Pine Labs or third-party service providers. Personal data is handled in accordance with Pine Labs's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

15.5 User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse, probe, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract underlying models or system prompts from AI Features;
  • use AI Features for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent purposes; or
  • rely on AI-generated outputs to misrepresent information or bypass Platform safeguards.

Pine Labs may restrict access to AI Features if misuse is detected.

15.6 Consent to AI Processing

By using AI Features on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your inputs through automated systems as described in these Terms.

15.7 Availability and Changes

AI Features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. Pine Labs does not guarantee the availability, performance, or accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
